@Dawn Anastasi - I do think it's plan/company specific, Dawn, I was just making the counterpoint since people oft post that the loan has to be paid back right away, and this is just not uniformly true.

Lastly, in each and every fractionalized note, I have my licensed broker notably facilitate the transaction, but he also acts as the admin for each oft he lenders on the note which includes collecting the payments (if payments are part of the note), filing for foreclosure in the event of default ( which has never happened and won't because I would never allow it to go that far), and handle all the paperwork on behalf f all the lenders.
