I'm a mid 20's software engineer by day, a platoon leader in the Army on the weekends (guard), and a FI/RE/investment enthusiast 24/7 (yes, I often dream about investments)!

I am meeting with a few more contractors this weekend, but wanted to see if I can get some thoughts here first.A few facts:-Assume all permits and drawings are approved by the city.

I'm completely open to the idea of having a location in an "up and coming" neighborhood, but at the same time want to be in an area that I'll enjoy living in on the weekends that's fairly walkable and will be able to commute to work (west suburbs) fairly easily.I've met many people whom have stated multi-units were the way to their success.

Petersburg Labor Day weekend to go on a tour of the city and see what areas would work for my investing strategy. 

Hello Jake Miller, I hope you are having a good weekend under some shade or in AC in Phoenix.  

I said that the grass would have to be cut by the weekend and i would need to be notified otherwise we would have to go with one of the other options.

I’m in town visiting family for the weekend and wanted to meet with some local guys and gals to learn more about the New Orleans market.

The weekend is normally pretty open, unless we have a trip planned.
