We find anymore that our best advantage is being able to identify houses visually that might not fit the normal filters people have when they are looking at the MLS.

I know i should just start and I'll lean on the way it's just as i was thinking of the deal and trying to visualize it I couldn't picture how to get the rehab money .

If you have a small rehab budget spend your money on paint, granite counters, improving curb appeal, kitchen upgrades, new vinyl or tile floors, and bathroom upgrades to get quick visual improvements.
