Does anyone know whether or not I can build a box around the meter to allow for me to paint the same color as the brick of the home, and leave it to where the electric company can access? 

They may like colors that you think are ugly, they may not be as tidy as you would like them to be, but they are paying the rent. 

Go with colored envelope.

An activated carbon filter will take care of the color, as that's just caused by dissolved organic material.

Colors, styles, materials, etc...any direction is appreciated.

Did you say something to the inspector about the person's race, color, ancestry, national origin, citizenship...? 

It will give the owner motivation to get rid of this color!

Flyers can also be customized to include company colors, logo/branding, etc.

I kinda wonder what's next, do realtors need to remove headshots from our card and marketing content so that sellers dont discriminate based on the color or gender of the buyer's agent?  

Shockingly, the owners that respond to postcards want to sell for prices that simply don't crunch as rentals.I can tell you that from the other side of those brightly-colored post cards (the one the I tossed out today was bright green), that property owners are being flooded with postcards from all over the country (green was an outfit in FLA).
