@Anna Buffkin I became even more thrilled reading your summary on a few deals you have done!

We've read books, watched podcast, attended seminars and even are in the process of closing on a long distance single family as I type this...Admittedly, I wasn't 100% thrilled because I wanted to go into a long distance Multifamily property @ 3.5% down instead of a Single family but after looking at the numbers I was ok with *$400 a month cashflow + 26.6% CoC ROI on our first time ever at bat.

I was honest with my intentions but that what I could offer her was a hassle free sell, and she was thrilled with that.

I’ve started to get pre-approved, but I’m not thrilled with the results.

I myself am thrilled with the rate we pay for our primary house and we aren’t going anywhere (for now at least).

Most would be thrilled to find someone passionate on the property management side and if you have the track history to back it up you will have endless work. 

I'm not thrilled with it either, nothing but problems and the tenants don't like it either.
