Most likely both the city and your lender will want to see a sealed (stamped) plan.

Chicago also has transfer tax stamps that need to be taken into accout.

Or google a form..And proof of advertising is like posting your ad on Craigslist you can print it off.or take photo of sign outside time stamped ,, usually you wouldn't need it but a precaution.

Also, after purchasing the list are you able to use that list to upload to another website to actually send the mail campaign out or does it have to be done manually by writing all the letters, stamps and dropping off at the post office?

More people out of the work force, food stamps, more people renting, etc.

Thus avoiding doc stamps, transfer tax (each state has their own type of fees) and a new title policy along with any other fees associated with a second closing. 

This is mainly because we hand- address our letters and use real stamps so it looks like authentic communication.

I also like that there is a date time stamp when they open the invoice email.

I expect that this online service would likely fall outside of those lenders' approved lists, at least for now.Also, this approach would produce a different physical end product than the traditional signature, stamp, and ID checking process.
