Just take a ladder with some form of roofing patch/mix/spray/caulk.  

@Sandy Uhlmann I have never used the DIY epoxy finishes but I have had the professionals come out to spray epoxy on old, outdated tile shower surrounds and ugly old bath tubs.

We removed the popcorn ceiling and spray textured it, but you can see the imperfections ( I don't look up too often so it doesn't bother me). 

Ive had a upper class psychologist 2 years ago bring in stray cats, and she was a hoarder (cat spray everywhere), then on the other end of the spectrum, 2 weeks ago, I had a tenant from one of my mobile homes (not to gross you out with details) leave me an steamy early Christmas present right on the carpet I laid in May. 

Last Sunday, my husband and I go there and he sprays the building with a water hose and I wait inside and watch for it to start leaking.

I see properties completely abandoned all over the place, or boarded up and spray paint written out "nothing to loot, no floors no copper".

Works out for them, and depending how long they stay, works out for me because I get even more money.Also, both female and male cats can spray.

In those cases, I like to spray the walls and ceilings and paint the floors.

We sprayed the unit multiple times and even had the adjacent condo (which is owned by someone else) sprayed once too.The exterminator said that the adjacent unit that was sprayed is filthy and although we hit it once, the roaches will continue to come back until they become cleaner.I have reached out to the condo association, but their interest in pursuing the matter isn't where I would like it to be.

I have also heard people spraying the envelope with perfume to get the recipient thinking its from an individual and not a mass mailer.
