The accounting module is adding capabilities and can get you ready for tax season, but by no means has the capabilities of larger platforms that are more expensive.  

There are some unique factors that set aside the Pocono areas from many others like the seasonal aspects of tourism.

This may work in certain climates or seasonally, but I've ran into issues with it during "in-between" seasons where both cooling and heating was needed, so I ultimately just turned it off.

I would've expected it to be a good time to rent due to the season.

These forums are a great place to learn and meet people, whether you're just starting out or you're a seasoned investor.

They are legit and nice enough seasoned builders. 

Investing for cash flow in my mind is fantastic, I just want that perspective from a more seasoned person than myself as it pertains to the long term. 

Off season...)We are far out of town so having someone come by just because isn't really feasible.

Closing got delayed until the VERY beginning of the new tax season so there was an additional $3k at closing for the proration of taxes.
