My thought would be we would have his/hers, pre-/post-tax accounts (4 different pots of money) within the Solo K and when we structured a new asset holding LLC under the Solo K, that each of the 4 accounts would simply own respective shares of that new LLC entity.

Some of that profit also went to seed our investment pot.

(North bench) This is grand fathered in as a triplex.

I think a lot of properties that hit this bench mark are being sold off market.

Also adding more to the pot made the average cost better, similar to buying more stock when price goes down to bring the cost average lower if we assume the fundamentals are still good. 

The purpose of building bench strength is to find professionals who have more knowledge and skill in a particular area than you do.
