You are closer to correct if you are looking for large-scale multi, but still sound like someone who asks questions and only wants to hear what he wants to hear.

To streamline the process, I want to ensure applicants qualify before scheduling a viewing.It would be beneficial to implement an AI-based system to consistently and efficiently ask prospective tenants the pre-screening questions I currently ask repeatedly.

We want to make the jump to our first true multi fam property 20+ units.

So after being laid off a few times in the last 8 years I decided to get back into investing but this time focusing on buy and hold multi family real estate so that I could built wealth that could help me retire my wife who just had a long battle with cancer and survived , but is now back to work, and I want to give her a relaxing life free of all the stress of the world (by the way did I mention she is also in the mortgage lending field) so that explains the urgency to retire her from w-2 work ! 

They do that many because they have a successful system that allows them to do that many. 

I currently own 2 commercial and 1 residential, a 7 unit / 2 commercial storefront property, a Laundromat facility storefront, Then a 2 unit multi family that i am house hacking.The purpose of the this post is that i want to meet ALL investors( pro or just starting out) in New London County to know each other and learn and talk about real estate, want to create a great network of people in this county.

I invest in Pennsylvania where I find to be some opportunity there in terms of cash-flow particularly with multi-family within the $300,000 range and even lower.
