Hi, Having done far too many evictions in my younger days, in your part of the country, I would just find the local justice of the peace, for a small fee they will have them out the sheriff will throw their stuff in the front yard.

I too am not an attorney but we have offered expert witness testimony for the Department of Justice on matters of recorded title documents.  

Unless built upon truth and justice therefore, I will engage in no transaction which does not benefit all whom it affects.

Well, I may not be a lawyer or have a background in criminal justice but I would certainly file a police report at the very least.
