It's not going to retire you in 5 year but give it 10 - 15 and you're likely sitting pretty.That said, it's not as easy to pull off as it sounds and not as smooth sailing as folks will make it out to be.

It needs to be on MLS.But +1 to what folks above said - don't just find 'a realtor'.  

From the folks I have talked to that have, they are their easiest tenants and guaranteed money. 

A lot of folks get stuck in analysis paralysis.

Accelerated depreciation is not really all it’s advertised to be for a lot of folks. 2.)

There are a number of reasons folks want an IRrevocable trust but if you plan financing and vesting directly to the trust, revocable is the path of least resistance.  

this is a great way to lose money and there are endless examples on BP of folks in HCOL areas who have done this and regret it.in a couple years maybe you can keep your condo and rent it out if you're under the cap. 

., you never know the motivations for purchases in a place like the Smokies.I wouldn't be surprised if some folks were buying them to offset income.
