Does anyone know any networking event for real estate investor in DC area?

The event was a lot of fun and the audience was full of smart investors. 

There are at least two events every week, so plenty of chances to network.Check out @cltbuyers on Instagram for updates on the latest meetups.

On the negative, there is significant competition, proof of funds must be higher, equitable wholesaler closes in the event they cannot find a buyer by close date which requires a supply to significant money. 

Their policy may or may not require a certified 3rd party appraisal for any taxable event such as a distribution in kind.Current valuation is all that matters here. 

My parents conditioned me to be a great saver, but saving will not lead to financial independence in most cases.Once I understood my relationship, and used the savings to invest in an asset to pay for an event, everything changed.
