The most recent is that I should have put that their grass is not to become higher than 4 inches.

@Chuck Dangar  Was the notice from a poster sales company or from the fed government?  

After quite a bit of dragging my heals (I had finally gotten a job again and was learning the new job), I hired some people to come clean out the home and cut the grass/weeds.

(MLS Report) This inventory increase may be correlated to the recent decisions of the FED to raise rates.

Interest rates just increased and the Fed plans to more rate hikes next year.

The Fed rate is a very short term rate.

When I did this two months ago they knew nothing about the new Title 24 energy requirements (mainly 1.5-2kw PV solar mandate roughly $4k after fed tax credit) that go into effect January 1 nor the new assembly bills (SN 13 then as yet unsigned).

Cut the grass, trim that huge bush/tree in the front, put a couple flowers in pots near entry. 

I also chose to install artificial turf as opposed to grass that's only green it the winter.
