My husband and I have both been laid off due to the oil and gas downturn.

Most of which is due (of course) to oil prices.  

I wanted to hear from folks in the West Texas region regarding the RV parks vacancy and unemployment rate with the current oil price being so low.

However, that would be like going fishing and never casting your line in the water while expecting the fish to jump in the boat.

It's also a good opportunity to meet with your neighbors, extend thanks for them being good members of the community, and share with them some Christmas cheer.As far as the bad neighbors, I haven't ran into this issue, but if I did have bad neighbors, I would probably give them coal or a mafia style dead fish.

You can do a basic "oil and grease" contract fairly Inexpensively or "all inclusive" contracts for a little more.

I knew I was gambling when I mentioned money but I've seen plenty of posts asking for advice and only receiving welcoming messages with no substance so I wanted to get some response, even if it was just fishing. 

I am an Engineering Manager for an oil company and have been in oil/gas engineering for a little over 15 years.I am interested in multi-family investments.  

Does this smell like a fish market?

Since I grew up around them, it makes for enjoyable days in the fast-paced world of South Texas oil and gas.
