One of the quickest ways to be successful in any endeavor is to find an established proven model and copy it.

Wholesaling a bank owned property is a hit and miss endeavor...more miss than hit.

That leaves a lot more cash for other real estate endeavors.

Don’t simply hire the cheap guy.Supportive Family & Friends—Having the support and backing of loved ones is important in any endeavor.

This was my first endeavor to letting someone else handle all of the rehab (I have personally rehabbed my personal residences in the past). 

Only you can decide if this is going to be a charitable endeavor or a true investment. 

He said he does not publicize his RE endeavors because he does not want to come off "guru-ish", fair enough because there is enough regurgitated and repacked info out there.. but vaguely stating you own many properties and have done millions in transactions gives me little to go on in terms of legitimizing a track record.
