By the way, I couldn't agree more with the "expenses" comment made by the poster above. the difference between rent and PITI is not cash-flow, it's dream world.

That's why it's a dream that's "out there" in the future after I get my little green houses here in order.

You can not let these people keep you from your dreams and aspirations.
