I'm prone to giving up when things are hard but looking to dive in and give this my all!

So by Sunday night I had watched and read enough to start diving in and I created a small " buyers list " in about an hour.

I can't even begin to tell you how valuable that time was in getting the most up-to-date info on the industry and doing a deep dive into what to look for, how to analyze deals, how to run facilities, rate management, etc.

We are spreading the net wide, as well as going deep into the markets that we have presence. 

I guess one would have to dive into the summons and complaints to see exactly what was alledged and then subsequently ruled on  ( in favor of plaintiff).. 

This will require a deeper dive than just someone quoting you a rate and terms.

Fresh coat of paint, new LVP flooring, landscaping, fixtures, some basic service, and deep cleaning- It was a total of $14,091, and it was from my pocket.

They might also need to spend a lot more time diving further into the mls listings to search through the comments to see if any adu properties are hiding. 

It seems like though they are great investments, though there are not too many people who actually dive into a private placement like this.
