@Dean West First understand that Roofstock is an online, high tech marketplace (lister) for investment properties. 

The whole card marketplace can be so confusing trying to sort out benefits, rebates, miles etc.

A few weeks later he sent me a certified letter with some brand new arbhorist from 120 miles away (we live in a big city, he was shopping for someone who would agree with him IMO) to say the tree was dead.

I only have experience on the syndication side of things but the reputation of a operator is what allows us to scale.Websites like BP bring a level of transparency to the real estate investing marketplace that will only improve in the coming years. 

Or someone would need to negotiate with the lien holders to get a reduced payoff.If you want to offer the deal here you will need to post in the Marketplace.

It is simple to do man....go onto zillow and type in any marketplace in the U.S.   

There are a lot of investors if you look through this forum and the marketplace. 

probably not what you want to hear but no experience and 100% LTV and 100%  rehab funding simply is not in the market place.. the only people that will offer that I will say with 99% accuracy are scammers telling you what you want to hear to beat you out of small amount of due diligence money or application fees and will never fund.. this simply is not attainable nor SHOULD it be..
