Article VII, Section 25(B)(2) of the Louisiana Constitution provides “In the [C]ity of New Orleans, when such property sold is residential or commercial property which is abandoned property as defined by R.S. 33:4720.12(1) or blighted property as defined by Act 155 of the 1984 Regular Session, it shall be redeemable for eighteen months after the date of recordation of the tax sale by payment in accordance with Subparagraph (1) of this Paragraph.”  

In addition to this, I will be using the GI bill so tuition will be covered along with getting a moderate 2400 in allowance for housing when school is in session.

Plus they are doing educational sessions several times a month. 

They meet up quite regularly and have regular speakers and info sessions.

First would be to go to the AZREIA meetings here in Phoenix, there are a lot of wholesalers and investors there, and if you go early they have networking sessions where you can meet people who are like minded.

It was a free info session we went to and that has really lead me into REI and here - so I have to thank him for that. 

I started with $40 on my parents credit card at 19 and never came close to going broke (except for the first few sessions of course).  

I am also allowing Section 8/Rent Assistance tenants to apply.I have been "queuing up" my calls for all at one session to save time.
