That cash could spread out over 3-4 new rental properties with a 15% down model and homes around $200K.

I have put together a "packet" for the appraisers before when they come on-site that shares details about the property (rents, square footage, etc..) and I also share a few "target properties" (aka comps) that I modeled after as a "suggestion" to them.

We do this exact model in Columbus OH for multifamily.

@Nick Rutkowski a couple people have posted really clear descriptions of what the mcdonalds model actually is, so i wont go over it again.

This includes as part of the initial design having your Rater develop an energy model that meets or exceeds the requirements and then certifying the final project through an HCO. 

The sales model is to up sale you on everything to the tune of $600 or more.

The choice depends on your business model.

I just checked it out and it looks like their basic model is $20/property and their middle package is 1% of revenue, which is not worth it in my opinion.
