So, if you buy a house for 50k and turn around and want to borrow 100k the next day that is a red flag.

While these are all great to have, its like trying to find the perfect spouse, you can keep turning over every rock to look, but at some point you will need to compromise and then realize your money was sitting in an account doing nothing for years because you were looking for the perfect deal. 

They seemed okay but also seemed very much focused on cash buyers only (first red flag).  

If they directed me to a site that had no new information and they never followed up with additional information; it was a red flag for me.

The shutters would be for looks only, so no need to have an arched top IMO.Cool, the trim and eaves are a dark red now.

Will appraise over our rock bottom selling price of $500k but buyer is "making the case " that he only will qualify for $490k, DP included.
