Evaluating a self-storage opportunity and would love folks' input on a few questions that I have, below. 

The question: A commerical property in a highly desireable location which could fetch $6+ million and generates about $400k after expenses became available and I'd like to add to our portfolio instead of doing a 1031.

People who have service dogs (or horses, as these are the only 2 service animals) that are genuine have no issue disclosing that on the front end and can answer the 2 questions easily - is the animal necessary for a disability, and what specific tasks has the dog (or horse, if you're getting one of those) been trained to perform? 

What kind of questions should I be asking and what kind of a return should I get? 

I'm just starting out and getting reps in on analysis, so maybe this is a silly question, but hoping others have wondered the same and curious to hear yall's thoughts!

Maybe a better question would have been if you know how much money you have for a down payment on a property? 

My question is, who gave you that first chance?

@paul @Paul Novak First congratulations on finding and sticking to what’s successful and comfortable for you.You can always ACCELERATE wealth creation; the question is do you want to take on more risk and or dwell outside your comfort zone in order to accelerate?
