Hey @Derrick Barker, I have a builder that is eager to break out on his own from building over 250 homes with 2 Home Building Companies.  

My thoughts: builders hire designers to pick their colors...so these are pro choices for my area, central Texas.  

Not glad I recommended the pool builder who stole people's $$ and left holes in the ground.

We want to find flippers and/or spec builders in the area and pitch this to them.

I'm currently in software sales, but have a background in construction (my father was a small builder for 40+ years).  

What's a good deal when partnering with a builder.

An agent told me that on the East side of Dale Mabry, where my lawyer is living, that a tear down lot is now going for $175K and the Builders cannot make a big enough profit with those.

And that will make 50 doors closed and pending for the year.I find a lot of small infill projects 1-12 doors for local builder/developers inside the City limits of Tampa.

You might be able to contact a sales rep there and they can point you to a local metal building builder.  

I worked as land manager for one of the largest home builders for three years just prior to the crash, but was only responsible for property due diligence, and construction of roads, utilities, and site work for large projects; not individual single family home rehabs or individual / small scale new home communities.
