Too many of us live and breath real estate every day for someone just trying to earn a buck to out hassle, out think, or out perform us!

We get to the 16th day and I get a call...the buyer tells me that his hard money lender just said they JUST got the appraisal back and needed 48 hours in underwriting...I sat there and breathed....I said I needed to speak with the lender.

You have lots of people packed into a small space sweating, breathing heavily, and airborne particles going all over the place.Many trainers are going to online sessions now or doing workouts in groups outside where 6 ft distance can easily be achieved but you still workout as a group.If I am buying a retail center or client I do not count revenue for gym and consider it a dark space no matter what the income is showing.

We waited with bated breath until the appraisal came back.

There is drywall mud dust around the entire house and these particulates really make it hard to breathe.

I wouldn't hold my breath waiting for prices to drop though if you sell and hope for that you could be stuck chasing rising prices for a while.

It's so bad that we often had to shut our windows so we could semi breath and it was still strong.
