property is a duplex with a attic studio. now the attic studio has a separate entrance but no fire escape so that is a liability. however I will be house hacking and living in the attic and can't sue myself lol.The units seem extremely well kept from a first perspective a very well taken care of property it has off street parking and 3 parking slabs in the back. each unit is 2 bedroom 1 bath. avarage rent in the area I've seen 725 and 950 I've looked on centimeter and 800 850 is about avarage.

I just sold a duplex in Oak Park with small studios on each side for well over $350k.

One is a one bedroom and the other three are studio apartments.

Other companies, that are looking to relocate to the U.S. will know that Amazon has spent a lot of money and looked from every angle at the hundred of cities that made proposals.So, to be named in the top 20, even if Amazon chooses somewhere else, shows that those cities have a ton of things to offer and will likely draw other companies to take a closer look at them for potential location.http://money.cnn.com/2018/05/17/technology/amazon-hq2-cities/index.html

So far it's worked out well (except for the one guy who didn't say a word and then left me 2 stars because he was upset my studio cabin was "all one room"!!!).  

I tried taking a free Landlord class in the area just to get my feet wet but it fell through so I decided to take action myself and bought several books of Amazon.

On amazon you can buy it used for $34, so not too bad.

When I mention Amazon will create 2000 jobs in East Palo Alto, CA.

I'd also wait to see what Amazon is doing.
