Hi @Josh CaldwellTo go along with the grocery store theme, I printed up 5x7 postcards on glossy photo paper and post them on the community board that everyone sees as they leave the store.

Wed happens to be a good new meeting in Nashua, which will draw well from that Greater Lowell area as well.  

Restaurant is lunch dinner sushi/Asian so fits martial art theme.

And weddings, weddings, weddings, and more weddings, and birthday parties (a 91st for a grandmother and some for young nieces and nephews).

You don’t have to spend too much in the painting process and you must choose the color combinations that go best with the theme of house.

(As in 4 hrs away) It would mean we would probably have to hire all maintance, (wed rather do it ourselves and save $) but we don't want to just wait around sitting on my capital, either.

They have loaned us money for real estate purchases in the past and they helped with our wedding costs.
