Always good to have another triangle resident on BiggerPockets

As Brandon and co always say on the podcast of mentorship, you need to adhere to the principles of the value triangle: money, experience or sweat equity.

I remember hearing from a planner once something along the lines of "sight triangle" in relation to corner lots.

I think our first rented so fast because I followed my dads path and marketed it under the market value for renters, but screened for the best possible tenant, and its very well located to what's called the triangle.

I posted a question in a different post about how it's more difficult to find a property with a more favorable monthly rent/purchase price ratio in the Triangle Area, NC specially close to the Reasarch Triangle Park (RTP).

I have grown up in Colorado most of my life, and I love the Denver/Boulder/Fort Collins triangle.

I don't recall where Hope Mills is, but the Triangle is booming.

I was born and raised in the triangle and understand the area very well.  

I've read good stats on the research triangle area in NC, but I'm not very familiar with your area so that's why I recommended going to your local REIA to network a bit.
