The leasing or rental of units in those two family homes in which the owner occupies one apartment of that home as his residence is not covered by this law unless: The homeseeker or renter is a recipient of public assistance or housing subsidy; or,The leasing or rental process utilized the services of a person or organization whose business includes engaging in residental real estate related transactions; or,The availability of such unit is made known by making, printing, publishing, or causing to be made printed or published any notice, statement, or advertisement with respect to the rental of such a unit that indicates any preference limitation, exclusion or discrimination based upon race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, national origin, ancestry, children, marital status, handicap, veteran status, or public assistance or housing subsidy recipiency.The following text is effective 07/01/93  

Well, if I didn't have to worry about money, I could further my other pursuits (become a financial adviser, build a financial business focused around helping those in crisis, and a little bit of rubbing it in every person's face that has told me I can't do it).I'm still wrestling with this moral dilemma, but one day I'll have it sorted out and could give a more concrete answer.

I had learned how to sell options, how to remodel my house, how  to day trade, how to start a self directed ira, I started a Physical Therapy clinic, mined bitcoin, made a few websites, I think I may have even learned how to raise chickens/honeybees/ and grow organic vegetables. 

Someone tried to sell me shares in an organic fishery project a couple years ago.

They just need the state of organization listed.

Rents won't go up unless sales go up so you are effectively tied to the organization's growth which is highly based on the economy and assuming we are at a peak sales may take a hit in the near future.

I have someone who had no license when doing work for me, and now has a handyman's license organizing and subcontracting work on my flip.
