Most of the cost was appliances, floor refinishing, carpet and a new roof. 

For example, I'm going to be removing the carpet and refinishing the hardwood underneath (DIY) but that may not happen for a month or so.  

I'm most scared about the kitchen since it's really open and a lot of cabinets, so refinishing the entire thing would be expensive.Hoping I can get in there soon and walk it with a GC.

. $750 of that payment goes towards condo HOA dues, property taxes, mortgage interest, & hazard insurance... the rest goes towards principal.The condo would rent for $1,500/month (I've realistically compared it to similar condos).I don't anticipate any major repairs/upgrades anytime soon... the HVAC, appliances, & windows were recently replaced, there's new paint throughout, & refinished hardwood floors.Does it make sense to rent the condo out or sell it?

This may lead to refinishing the lower bathroom so I would add more cost to the project.

They are plastic looking and can't be refinished if you wanted to.

We haven't had to refinish one yet.

Put in some new crown mouldings, baseboard, refinished the bath tub spent around $3000.Been a lurker in BP for a while and never expected to get so much information that helped me out.Excited on getting the next couple of properties.
