Track each respondents name, address, and contact info with a "Next Follow-Up Date" and just make a note to call them or drop them a simple postcard once every 3 to 6 months.Most people S*CK at follow-up.

Direct mail or post card might be a great option if your not ready to upright knock on door, but honestly I think you may have a harder time trying to find a end buyer becuase all the matters to your assignee is that the numbers make sense.

Keep that in mind if you need to find someone who has rights to the property.Finally (and I know this is long), I would recommend using yellow letters or postcards to probate leads.
