The road is currently not paved but with the whitewing going in the road is set to be paved by the end of the summer.

for 26k.. was not buildable but it was right behind a home depot shopping center and within 1/4 mile of freeway and freeway off ramp.fast forward 20 years and the Graton Indians bought the land next door for 240 million and built the largest Indian gaming casino in Northern CA if no all CA... right next to me.. they brought in all the infrastructure so that now I have sewer and water paved road and stop light within one lot of me.Along with the city bringing me into the city limits and zoning me mixed used resi.. looking at commercial on the bottom and 50 plus condos on top.. market value in that area about 3 mil. now... but hey it never cash flowed a day I had to pay 300 a year in prop tax'  Prop 13.. and mow it once in while.. so its for all those reasons I think one needs to be somewhat of a risk taker and visionary.. now 26k for me was not much risk.. but it could have continued to be worthless non buildable piece of land..  

The structures were also built before set-back rules were in place and are close to the road without paved parking surfaces.

The neighborhood has paved roads and looks pretty nice aside from the occasional beat up property.

Or, put the "to be shredded" stuff in bags and either shred it later, or take it to a place that does shredding for offices and businesses.If you think you have a large amount (probably more than a few hundred pounds) of scrap metal in the garages and shops, and if there is a good paved driveway available, you might ask local scrap yards about getting a container delivered.
