Looking to get my feet wet in real estate investing in Atl and Charleston SC.Can anyone recommend a real estate venture with minimum risk for a newbie, Wholesaling, Flipping, etc?

Hi All,I am from Dallas, TX and starting my journey in Real Estate investment now.I am trying to get some education on Tax Deed Sales here in Texas, any information and direction on this is much appreciated!

Hello All, I am newbie and learning and may be asking some question to understand.

I just wanted to say, hello and introduce myself as a newbie to the real-estate investing world. 

No mortgage company will put a newbie on the street remote, far too much liability.

My husband commented on a post ( congratulations) to someone who did their first wholesale deal ( or something along those lines) anyway this woman reached out and started telling him all of this information about this company she used and they were for lack of a better word a one stop shop. seemed too good to be true of course but as newbies, we were curious and set up a zoom meeting to see what they were all about.

I understand that New york is one of the cities banning STR's and was curious if the seattle-tacoma area is a good area to even invest for a newbie.
