All that to say, what follows is merely my opinion and not fact.What helped my journey is crafting my vision (10 year goal).

There is no substitute for committing the time necessary to learn a craft...something a mentor can't do for you, it's got to be a burning desire inside you.

With your permission I will post the listing for others to review as I think it may be helpful in them crafting feedback.

At the least, we figured, we would see how far we had to go.The result wasn’t half bad:My partner, who is in charge of our operations, poured hours into reviewing our past mistakes, planning the project, and meticulously implementing quality control to deliver this outcome.As we continue to scale, his attention will not be able to settle so singularly on individual projects.

We crafted it for a reason.As @Waylon Zook said, get 2-3 bids and go with the one you trust the most based on references and perceived competence.

Arguing on BiggerPockets is not worth your time, look straight ahead, perfect your craft and all of this noise will fade eventually ;)

In order to fund these properties, I intend on focusing my craft on wholesales and building/saving the money for the down payments on the houses.

Screen meticulously as you always do (the process must be the same for S8 applicants as for market ones with just a few variations for income).Once you accept an applicant with a voucher, there will be paperwork to complete that the applicant has from Section 8. 

I like the program a lot.The key to doing S8 well comes down to 2 things - meticulous tenant screening and being good at managing details. 

Get an agent who knows the market and can help craft a competitive bid, and with a mortgage lender with a good reputation and quick close time!
