My intention is not to boast but to inspire and share the significant impact that BiggerPockets, especially Joshua Dorkin and Brandon Turner, have had on my life.I first encountered BiggerPockets at 23 while enduring long 14+ hour days as a pipe fitter on hydroelectric dams in northern Manitoba, working 21 days on and 5 days off shift schedules.Although I was earning well for my age and educational background (I barely graduated high school), the job was unfulfilling and almost toxic, mainly because of the dynamics with the associates in the industry.

These were mostly pretty high functioning offenders who just had slightly lower IQs and in some cases likely were just poor test takers in school.

Since summer is here, I can see the rental demands opening up before the new school year. 

I recently graduated college - paid for by the houses my parents were flipping while I was off studying - and wanted to find a modest way to give back what I could.To do this, I'm making a tool that lets them scan their receipts and it will automatically upload it to a pre-formatted Google Sheet that they can keep for each property to track expenses and eventually other metrics like returns etc...

(I grew up in North Alabama, and we had a science field trip there in middle school once).  

I don't think they are married, but refer to themselves as "partners", and appear to have been co-habitating prior and during grad school. 

I even lend out at no charge to friends/family and offer at fundraiser, such as, school auctions, etc.

I start school at Collin College in the fall for real estate, so I’m looking for an on hand experience while I complete my scheduled courses.

@Brett Deas,there are several factors here:First, if your investor base is used to specific assets, where they have full(ish) visibility of the asset, convincing them to invest in a blind pool fund is hard.Second, it looks like you graduated high school a couple years ago, so presumably your track record is only 2 yrs old.
