We believe every organization has a responsibility to their local community and to take immediate action to get young people ready for work, so here in Milwaukee, we are partnering with organizations like Junior Achievement, the Boys and Girls Clubs and The Commons to nurture learnability and help young people gain valuable work experience.

So finally finished the flip went back to all the people interested on fb let them know about an open house this weekend there was one girl who seemed pretty serious when I first posted said her sister was looking for a place in pixley (the town the house is in)  had a pre appoval letter and wanted to see it asap .

One time I was staring at a wall, pondering if I should should just fix the holes that were knocked in it, or just rip the Sheetrock out and put up new.

Concentrate on girls.

that happened one time.. my brothers X girl friend had my fee removed from the hud.. no biggee..

I'm sitting here pondering creative ideas to help fuel my early start in real estate investing.

But something happened, the girl moved out.

I know this sounds like a textbook denial on paper, but she seems like a nice girl with a financially supportive family.
