When the stress is low you are forced to up your mailed pieces by many fold, take those tire kicked calls, create a giant DRIP list, and be faithful at calling your DRIP list.  

They could easily fold up into another servicer even fold up.

Hello all, As my girlfriend and I look to purchase our first househack, we are curious about the pros and cons of using savings/business credit for rehab costs vs. folding costs into the mortgage with a 203K loan. 

I would most defiantly bring at least a folding chair, standing is hard on the feet.
