I am trying to build a relationship with some elder law attorneys in the south coast MA area to find deals off market.

My son was working for the elderly lady and she loved him.  

Elderly father in law did a 1031 three years ago when he sold his dairy, he was a wonderful dairyman but landlording 8 townhomes has become too difficult and isn't meeting income needs.Trying to avoid taxes, but needing the income increase, what suggestions do you *been there, done that* folks have?

I started the day out by meeting a mentor that owns about 80 properties and we went and delivered eviction notices and also went to a house to have it unlocked by a locksmith because an elderly tenant wasn’t responding.

what i found happened was that the person who passed usually was elderly then i would get contacted by the kids..

The upstairs unit is currently renter to a quiet elderly lady who is happy with everything except the downstairs tenants so we would like to keep her there and save her rehab for another time.

Spoke to the tenants and they said they are not making any noise and have  elder kids.2) Second one about inflatable water tub in the garage.

Same guideline applies for an elderly parent that doesn't have income to qualify. 

I have had very good success with mom and dad and then an elderly parent or two and then their kid(s).
