I know depending on where an investor is in their fix and flip journey and the market this will vary, but Im curious because I feel like this is important when it comes to a good deal since some investors might not mind making less to have more doors. 

All this, it's my honest feelings about flat rate vs %  for PM fee's. 

I know what my ideal life looks like in ten years, unfortunately, I don’t feel like I can have my ideal life now because I am having to stay in the state that I am in until we can move without risk of my husband losing custody of his child, which will be in about 10 years so believe it or not I do spend a lot of time thinking about what I want the future to be like.

I’m currently going through the process of getting a HELOC and feel confident we’d be able to fund a purchase using that but using PML has ultimately been a goal of mine and would like to incorporate it into one of these purchases if possible. 

I've done a fair amount of research, reading books/listening to podcasts to the point where I feel I could take an active approach, but I am currently in the military so I don't want to over-exert myself starting out.
