Too much of this discussion has been about a fantasy of what eviction is instead of its simple reality.I just get to busy to deal with tenants over the years so I just agree to get them off the phone LOL.. a Classic landlording Jay style is I get a message from a PM of mine in INDY.. tenant just had a baby its a cold winter.. they cant afford heat and rent.. could I just let the rent go through these 3 coldest months then they will catch up over the course of the lease..
