We house a brokerage, property management company and construction company to better serve our clients.  

Also, go to the actual brokerages sites, they often have deals that have not been listed on Loopnet. 

They do a large majority of our brokerage's escrows.

I would worry about getting in with a good brokerage... but this simply isn't the case.

I have studied how to be a good RE agent for a little over a year now and I am about to be an intern for a brokerage in the upcoming months.

Any advice would be great.Also if anyone knows a good brokerage to work under for someone who wants to be an "investor friendly" agent. 

So far I think the only thing I’ve paid was like a hundred bucks to my agents brokerage for some sort of service fee.

However, a broker will get you much further.As for a broker in your area, there will be different brokerages that are stronger in specific types of product.

Appreciated stock can be used to borrow money from the brokerage firm to buy more stock.When the tide is going out, high debt hurts.

I don’t like qualified plans as they lock up your money.I still like index funds held in a brokerage account and I like HSAs as they offer triple tax benefits.Rental properties and whole life cash value insurance work well together.
