Joe Jones Your best bet is to google for your area or pick up a newspaper / home listing magazine from your local grocery store as I dont know of any big national ones and they vary area by area.What it will allow you to do is get your property on the MLS for a flat fee but you will then have to do all the work. ( and pay some sort of commission to any agent that would bring a buyer from the ML )Sandy Blanton I am also a licensed agent and while I understand the value of an agent, sometimes houses priced right and with proper advertising can sell themselves and save the owner money.

I also had to show the LLC's were in good standing, right back to the newspaper publishing of their creation(s).I got the feeling that because the audit was only giving her a minimal amount she was pushing it into different directions.

Take your time and review them; then make a game plan on paper.I always do better when I get my brains out on paper where I can see them :>I wouldn't throw my money away on newspaper advertising to start out new.

If you have a gusher of a water line, it's not prudent not to turn the water off, any reasonable child would figure that out.Filth and waste is broadly defined, it's not just what it sounds like but can include newspapers on the porch, paper plates in the yard or dumped wet charcoal from the BBQ laying on the ground.
