I had to literally wine and dine the ladies at naca to have them recommend the buyers even look at my properties.. its was extortion at applebee's  LOL... its OK I sold two of my OREOs in the worse market imaginable and for top dollar even with the 10k buy down.. 

My wife and I spent lots of nights watching them dance up close as we drank too much wine and tapas.
