I had one move out in the summer that had been there 23 years (needless to say everything about the place needed to be rehabbed). 

Here's where it gets all chicken-or-egg in my head: If I pay off the credit cards and student loans (even partially), I need less income to cover my expenses.

Needless to say the $417K conforming loan limit barely gets borrower a two-bed room condo in Silicon Valley where there is another ~$400 HOA fee on top of the mortgage payments(PITI).

House rents for $3500 per month, needless to say, what a great surprise for the owner.

Needless to say, all our hard work paid off and our financial picture is much better than it was just a couple years ago.It's been a ton of work and moving 3 times in a year (out of the house, into two temporary apartments, and then into our duplex) was horrible, but I learned so much about the business and couldn't be more pleased with where we are now. 

Well needless to say it was a bit of shock when i found out that i couldn't really do anything until  i paid my MLS fee and association fee.  

At this stage of our learning curve I'm all ears needless to say. 

Needless to say, I'm pretty pumped.

Needless to say, I played it off but still took note of everything he said and triple checked it.

We poured our blood, sweat and tears into that house fixing it up for 2 months and ended up selling it for a $120K profit (and avoided capital gains because I got a job in another state) Needless to say, I got hooked on real estate.
