I have not attended in a while but Madison real estate investor club usually meets every other Wed and had a great group of people 

I moved to Madison Trust and am happy with their customer service.

It's about 5 minutes from North Conway.One thing to be careful of is the entire area seems to be going through growing pains and as a result STR regulation discussions are being discussed or are in place by Jackson, Madison, Freedom, Kearsarge Lighting District, Conway, Albany (I think), and now Bartlett.

About 45-30 minutes away from Madison, Wi and man amenities.

We typically use Madison Management in which they hold the originals for us.

Hello All,We are new to the Alabama area too. currently setting up now as BRRRR investors in Mobile, Huntsville, Madison and considering other suburbs too.

Left them for a checkbook SDIRA at Madison Trust about 6 years ago. 

We are also 1 hour from Madison which has a huge stable jobs base in health care, tech, and education.What I like about it is a lot of what others are saying - good deals, low turnover, low crime, etc....I have to disagree on appreciation though.
