Here's a chart on 90066 I generated from my tool under Market Stats > Sales Data > Specific Zip Code:- My above chart (more available) shows the Avg Renovated $/sf (High) over time in this Zip Code, something completely different than charts/providers based on Averages/Medians only, like every other platform (RedFin Below, https://www.redfin.com/news/data-center/):- Can't select smaller locations such as City or Zipcode for their $/sf data, so it's useless helping me underwrite/verify a deal.- Can set Zip Code for Median Sale Price data, but again it's the median/avg so it's useless helping me underwrite/verify a deal.Then if that looks decent, I'll run Sales Comps, and get a quick summary of some key metrics based on those comps.

It is funny as the OTAs are trying to get people to stay on platform, but are giving everyone every reason to go off platform.

We use Buildium to manage our properties, and we require all tenants to pay through that platform.

What is the deal with all the different Batch platforms?

You have to dig in the dirt to be a good wholesaler, not on open source platforms.

Other platforms that do the same are include RentRedi, Stessa, Avail, Innago, Apartments.com (formerly Cozy), and TenantCloud.If you want to go a more traditional sense and work with a more mature platform that doesn't bill your tenants you might look into Rentec Direct, Buildium, Appfolio, Propertyware, or Rent Manager.The best way for you to figure out which is going to work best for you is to explore their free trial (if offered).

I have a hard time trusting AirDNA numbers etc. and I have a hard time reaching out to hosts near me because the platform is restrictive.My home is unspectacular in a good way haha.
