Well now the seller refuses to pay me unless the closing documents are altered (which the title company keeps saying is impossible), and is unresponsive to me entirely as I try to rectify the situation.

@Tyler PsenicskaHope all is well.I am looking to hire somebody whom has made alterations and additions (small and big) to properties in the Jersey City area in the past.I want to survey the property with the architect and run my ideas past them and see if they have any ideas as to how I could better use the space and/or increase the value of the property in my renovations.The changes will have have to be submitted for formal approval with the city of Jersey City and signed off so that I do not have any issues down the road when is I decide to sell.

All your sub LLCs will be owned by the WY holding and not by you personally, so again not reachable by your creditors.On the other hand, if you did not properly set nor operated your LLC by treating it as a business, you may have pierced its veil and a case can be made that the LLC has become your alter ego and as such could not benefit from the charging order protection.

Under Arizona law, once the tenant has received this notice, and at least two days have passed, the tenant may not “unreasonably withhold consent to the landlord to enter into the dwelling unit in order to inspect the premises, make necessary or agreed repairs, decorations, alterations or improvements, supply necessary or agreed services or exhibit the dwelling unit to prospective or actual purchasers, mortgagees, tenants, workmen or contractors” (A.R.S. 33-1343(A)).
