My dream is to become financially independent and be able to pay for several weddings as it appears I only make girls

I am attending the CAZA meetups in Falls Church (tonight) and Reston (next Wed).

They meet every Wed. morning for breakfast at 9AM at Lucky Brewgrille  5401 Johnson Dr.

I would assume wedding are big, especially if you have an acre to work with.

just from my general knowledge and nothing to take to the bank.Rural NY is like many other rural markets  slow and steadyWe are going to a wedding in the Catskills in July... but thats about all I know about the area

I'm working at back-filling with normal vacation rentals, wedding, and corporate events so if the festivals go away, I'll still be in the green.  

E.g slice of wedding cake has to be thrown out, never mind expensive steaks or seafood.I do not have a clause in my lease to address this and wonder how others handle such things.I'm sure someone has had a renters wedding dress get burnt or damaged in a dryer or something similar.

I stayed in a Beach House in Virginia Beach for my Nieces Wedding and was surprised that they were going for $1.2 M.
