Have any of you had success with the BP foreclosure subscription service and if so how did you approach potential sellers?

They are amazing and well worth a subscription.

Nuview trust is a great as well, though they will review PPM and subscription agreements before sending out.Broad financial has a good solo 401k, but if you have employees you don’t qualify for a 401k plan that you don’t offer to your employees.

@Kyle J.Hey Kyle thanks for the input.The monthly subscription plan I have gives me access to deal machine, podio, auto dialing and skip tracing and nighly meetings going over everything It also includes a team leader/mentor who goes over everything and help analyze our deals So far it seems great and I'm thankful for all the feedback on this forum.

also be sure YOU own the subscription do not buy one from the provider.....
