How bad/far away is the street parking?

It just moved in down the street from McDonald's, who BK knew had spent millions on demographic research to find the suitable locations.I'm okay being Burger King.

The other 'more legitimate' way forward could be to get it rezoned to R-3, replatte the property, put a new street in with proper sewer and water mains.

Clear Creek is immediately across the street from the house.

There's a street in the town next to me where it said there were several vacant properties. 

Have almost 1.25 acres and don't use most of it.Live in small neighborhood and across the street are 2 rentals one of which is 576 Sq ft 1 bed 1 bath that recently was renting for $700/mo.  

I also own a townhouse across the street, which mostly books on Airbnb and a small unit at El Matador on the very west end of Okaloosa Island, also mostly rents on Airbnb.
